It still starts with your dream: you tell us dates, interests and travel style. This time, though, we will be travelling with you, so together we also set the pace and spirit of the group.

We Craft Our Itinerary

We prepare a tailor-made itinerary based on your needs, but instead of leaving you alone to figure out how to follow it, we take care of all the practical and organisational side. All that is left for you is the best part: discovering the places and activities waiting for you and enjoying the experience without a worry.

We will explore together the places we know well, so you can live our journey through only the best experiences and visit exclusively the places we know are truly worth it.

The price varies based on the duration, complexity and level of customisation of the trip.

  • Ongoing support during the trip: if you need help just write to us and we'll help you solve any problems or doubts along the way
  • Personalised interactive map on Google Maps with all selected spots, so you have everything to hand even offline
  • Places to visit and places to avoid, so you don't waste time and only live the most authentic experiences
  • All the practical info you need: best local SIM, reliable rentals, currency exchange without unnecessary fees, what to actually pack, transport tips, common scams and local customs
  • Potential local contacts in some destinations to live more authentic experiences off the beaten track
  • Advice on how to find the cheapest flights and save money on your trip
  • Best times to visit your chosen destination, based on weather, crowds and prices
  • Recommendations for authentic restaurants we have personally tried, and those we found too touristy or simply not worth it
  • Possible discounts at places we have personally stayed at and have direct contacts with
  • Mini phrasebook with basic expressions and greetings in the local language to get around more easily

How much does a consultation cost?+
The first consultation is completely free. It is a moment to get to know each other, understand what you are looking for, and see if we can help. Only after, if you decide to proceed, do we talk about costs.
How long does it take to receive the itinerary?+
It depends on the complexity of the trip, but usually between 3 and 7 days from the first meeting. For longer or more complex trips, we take the time needed to do things right.
Can I modify the itinerary after receiving it?+
Absolutely yes. The first itinerary is a starting point. We discuss, adjust, and deliver the final version only when you are truly satisfied.
Do you also plan hotel and flight bookings?+
We are not a booking agency, but we provide all the guidance on where to stay, how to get around, and what to book in advance. Your trip, your choices.
Do you only work with destinations you have visited?+
Yes. It is our main rule. We never recommend a destination we have not personally experienced. If we don't know it well, we tell you honestly.
